My recent stay at Hill Country was a mixed bag. The resort boasts a beautiful outdoor space and some great facilities, and I found the staff to be very courteous and attentive. However, I faced significant issues with the hot water availability in my room, and extra charges for my child felt unjustified. The lack of mobile network and std phone availability was also quite frustrating. Overall, while the staff and facilities were commendable, pricing and management decisions left a lot to be desired.
